i stayed here recently and was pleasantly surprised. the breakfast was impressive with a great selection, and the staff was friendly and accommodating. my previous stay in florence didn’t meet my expectations, but this one definitely did, especially with the comfy beds and clean rooms.

the room was spacious with a cozy sofa, and it had a microwave and refrigerator. really loved the freshly baked cookies at check-in. the breakfast was just awesome, offering a variety of hot and cold items. the fitness center was a nice touch for some quick exercise. staff was super friendly, making it feel welcoming.
